Mates, I got a HEX + CAN from bought from Ross Tech months.* I would like to enquire how I can do adaptation for fix my current front left window problem of my 2006 VW Gti V (4 doors).
*
I don't know what it is caused but the current problem is:
*
The front left window (right hand drive), i.e. passenger side - the window moves in the opposite direction, i.e. the window opens / moves down when I pull the switch, while the window closes / moves up when I push the switch.* The happens to the passenger side window switch and also the switch at the driver side for that passenger window.* I have done some output test with my HEX + CAN for the front left door and don't know if this would cause such malfunction.
*
The other switches are all ok, i.e. work properly with the windows moving in the right direction.
*
Moreover, don't know what I have touched in the VCDS, now the front left passenger window, on top of the problem I described above, cannot be fully closed, i.e. leaving about one inch from the window frame.
*
I have tried to do adaptation by selecting 52 Door elect, Passenger control module, but he adaptation box is grey and not available for check.*I guess such adaptation require log-in with the security access.* Anyone knows where and how I can get the correct security access code for doing such adaptation. Or to be specific, how I could make use of my HEX + CAN and the VCDS program to get the window malfunction corrected? Or other solutions you could advise?

Many thanks in advance
