I just bought a 89 GTi and need some help on few things

1. Passenger door will not oen from the outside. I am going to take the door panel off and check it out, but any tips on repair?

2. Does anyone have pics of a stock engine compartment. I have a few loose hoses and wired and want to compare to see if I am missing and ties or clips?

3. Stereo was ripped out and there is some damage to the dash around that area. Can i get the parts anywhere besides the wrecking yard and any tips on replacing?

4. Can i replace grill with the 4 light system i have seen on 90 and up?

5. Anything else that may be a common prolem.

Cant seem to get pics to load, any tips on that?
