Default Turbo Lag

I was wondering about some ways to reduce the turbo lag in the MkIV. Anybody?

He's got a 1.8T MKIV not a 2.0FSI so the Nuespeed stuff is wrong. The other one was having server issues so I could'nt see what it was.
