Neuspeed Springs & Koni FSD shocks

anyone have neuspeed sport springs, I have 4K to spend on mods, I'm planing on getting springs w/ koni FSD shocks and an autotech rear sway bar. The rest is going into Brakes and engine. I wanted to know what the ride was like with the Neuspeed springs and/or the Koni FSD Shocks. North American Motorsports has a package Deal where they sell all that stuff for 920 bucks. I want to lower my car but am afraid that the ride quality will be like my lowered Integra, back breaking. My GLI is quite comfortable but I don't want to have to pay for physical therapy or massages.
