Full throttle high pitch noise
anyone hear a high pitched noise in their engine while under full throttle occasionally? it happens alot to me. ill post a video soon. it happens from about the 2 second to 5 second range.

do you have a intake?? stock there shouldnt be a whine. but with a aftermarket intake theres a loud whine for a few hundred miles.

when i got my intake it started making that noise. around 5000 and up. like a whine /scream

and at the 5k mile service do they reflash the stock ECU or add upgrades? my car has been running sluggish after i had the 5k mile service. i have a GIAC chip also but i thing they might have got rid of it.

i know they do do something to the ecu everyfew years if theres a new software to add. they did it to my truck. that sucks they flashed over your chip. part of the dealership, they flash your car if theres a better verson out.
hope GIAC has a warranty, im sure they laugh and re-chip it. |

they will re-chip it but i will feel stupid if i still have it running and have them put it back on ya know? i wanna get a boost guage first so i can have physical evidence of my car running the higher PSI or not.

Great sounding car, sounds better then mine... sad.
 . what i heard, when you got into a high RPM the intake would whine. get a bigger filter. thats what i did and the whine stoped. then i crashed it. ooo about your rims, around 100 bucks they fix the scratchs they put new metal on and repaint it. |

i actually got a new rim online... well it was used but its unbent now so the car doesnt shake. its great.
