GTI, Civic SI, Mazdaspeed 3, WRX TR, Cobalt ss S/C

edmunds must not like our car just because its not the fastest in the group.

i think they are just plain not liking it because a Mini and the Civic SI beat it out. i expected the mazda and the subaru to be up there but in my opinion there is more in this car than the civic or the mini

i wouldnt say that id never get them, i just prefer the packaging on the gti over the other two. now the wrx and the mazdaspeed3 well i think the gti matches the wrx packaging but im not so sure about the speed3 yet just my 2c

I could see where you'd say the Mini, but the Civic is an even match for the GTI. All about preference between the two.

But half of the argument was that the GTI was an everyday driver, but lacked performance. Can the Mini (given they licked its performance POSSIBLY be considered an everyday driver. Wasn't the test all around?

i dont get it, they ranked up the mini and si over the gti even though the gti its better for everyday driving, has the upperhand on interior, and pankes both by at least .2 seconds and that without the dsg transmission. edmunds needs to stop sippin on that haterade
