No that **** is built in, I was going to replace the shield so it would be smoooooth but it is molded into the black plastic. The chrome shield is cut around it. I am gonna get a euro tag and rock that for a while so I can make up my mind about the chrome. Shipping was $80, still it came with emblem and everything, the same parts from dealer or internet $300-500.
