Default The better intake

What would you recommend for a mkv GTI? An hps intake or a neuspeed p-flo?

Neuspeed is pretty solid within the whole dub community. I say go for it or do some searches on the tex'.

I see it alot, but I also read that hps gives 16.6 whp and 15.5 lb ft. Neuspeed gives 5-10 if im not mistaken?

A tube is a tube bro. I have never herd of an intake giving a car 16.6 whp, the 5-10 sounds more realistic. I would go with the company that doesn't lie, lol
