Nah man thats just how good apr is haha, in all reality that HPFP shoulda netted somethin by itself plus the front mount had to help to, although at the power level you first posted you were pretty close to the limits of the stock turbo

Ask Volcano , Billybob , And Rolfsauras They Were There Durring My Dyno They Left 2 Nice Burn Marks In My Front Tires From Havin My Car Strappd Down And My Tries Werent All The Way On The Rollers , Same Thing On The Audi B4 Me And They Busted The R32's Rear Control Arm By Strapping To That Instead Of The Frame

Pass side front's outer tread was sticky from the car pulling itself forward on the roller and contacting the diamondplate that wasn't moving...
TBH, you do have quite a few mods and push the car.
I spend most of my time in stock mode unless I feel frisky and put it in 2+.
Anyway, what dying sound am I listening to? the high pitched squeal?

That Sound U Her Is Called Turbo Wine , Turbo Death , Ect. Basically It Means My Stocker Made 56000 Miles Of Usefulness ... Now Its Time To Ditch It.

wow that sucks, this is worst then the death of my grandma have you ever considered buying a cheap turbo off ebay? You can get a full kit for like 600, that includes everything from your intercooler to your turbo, except headers thou. Some people say there decent quality wise?

Hope you get your beast back to normal or BETTER.!!

Yea death is deff worse, but it was just a metaphor on how ****ty a turbo breaking sounds, it could get really expensive. I agree , i would never get a turbo from ebay either, but its an option if you don't have 3gs or more for a big turbo.

Na Not Even Gona Fvck With The Dealer Since They Coildnt Even Fix My Bumper Right ... They Will Probably Hook A Coolant Line To The Intake Side Of The Turbo And Then Blame It On Me For Having A Frontmount.

^^ And Yes The Dealer Would Do Something Like That ... ^^ If U Dont Believe Me Bring Ur Modded Dub Into The Shop Once .... They Will Eyeball EVERY Mod And Start The Interrogation

If amsoil claims like 16k miles on an oil change and an engine warranty, maybe they will warranty the turbo. Oil not only cools, but keeps the turbo bearings and shaft scratch free. Worst thing they can do is say no.

Have you quoted getting yours rebuilt. I just had mine quoted here locally at TurboExchange in Concord, NC. Worst case scenerio was looking at $395. Me and several friends have used them in the past w/ great results. Not sure if they can do anything w/ a KO3 but, they do do modifications w/ changing out larger compressor housings and such. Great company.

No I Havent Even Had That Cross My Mind .... But I Still Cant Afford To Have The Car Down For More Than A Day So Ill Just Get Another KO3 And Maby Look Into Rebuilding The One Thats On My Car Now .... But Ill Prolly Just Clean It Up And Hang Above My Fireplace Or Something Since Its My 1st Turbo
