Well I'm so glad you were anticipating my thread falling apart. It's nice of you to inform everyone of the same. Good job at being a neutral unbiased observer/moderator! The whole point of my thread was to help. Initially I just wanted to spread info about an in demand part but against my better judgement thought I would start a group buy per the suggestion. Bad idea and a great learning experience. For the record I did read the rules/regs and missed or misinterpreted this. Read my disclaimer. It really sucks how unfriendly and unhelpful some have been on this and other forums. That said I certainly didn't expect it from staff!

Wow man, that is really lame. So basically you insure yourself, and having a low deductible is a good idea.

Even dumber when a tourist totals your car and it isn't covered..

Can you explain this, and how it wasn't covered?
